Project Overview
This luxury lifestyle project for Roche Group Pty Ltd was an exciting opportunity to demonstrate our skills in delivering stylish and nuanced projects. We worked with designs from BDA Architects to create conservative, subtropical and colonial inspired facilities that united the community.
Calypso Bay is a $2 billion master planned community ideally situated between the Gold Coast and Brisbane. It’s surrounded by a pristine natural environment with the majority of homes positioned on the waterfront. Once completed, this residential development will comprise around 1,400 luxury homes and 840 apartments, and will be home to an estimated 5,500 people.
The multi-purpose Residents’ Leisure Club offers an outdoor swimming pool, children’s pool, gymnasium, tennis court, member’s lounge and function rooms, entertaining areas ideal for social gatherings and lakeside cafe which is open to residents and visitors alike.
This project was a real pleasure to work on, not least due to the outstanding management and lovely views. Supported by a mix of generous, naturally well-lit spaces and cleverly shaded areas along a perimeter deck, residents can enjoy the area as busy or as relaxed as they feel inclined.
