Project Overview
Harbour Town Premium Outlets has been a go-to shopping destination on the Gold Coast since it first opened in 1999 and was looking to enhance its retail offering with a complete revitalisation.Design duties were storm headed by architecture firm Buchan, who took the design expansion project into modern luxury territory. Carefully completed without any serious disruption to shoppers, Roofit delivered metal roofing solutions across the retail areas as well as the extended casual dining precinct.
As a street-scaped village, not an enclosed mall, the design embraces the sub-tropical location with alrescro elements throughout.Awnings and facades create shaded areas for storefronts without compromising on the atmosphere that makes Harbour Town Premium Outlets unique to other shopping centres.
We were grateful for the opportunity to deliver this project and provide a great customer experience to the thousands of annual visitors. Ready for all weather conditions, our roofing solutions brought the vision of intimate dining under the transition of day to night to life. Using a variety of materials and finishes created patterns and textured finishes that give a subtle compliment to the final outcome. The result is a vibrant social hub; perfect for a bite to eat, late-night shopping or a movie date.
